I’ve been working in medical administration for more than 10 years. From the bustling A&E department at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington to the Ophthalmology secretarial team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, there aren’t many situations I haven’t seen when it comes to patient care.
