Many patients want to know the cost of treatment before they come to see us. To help, we’ve put together a comprehensive, at-a-glance guide to our clinic fees, so you have all the information to hand.

Our fees
Consultation fees
- New patient initial consultation (40 minutes): £150
- Follow-up consultation (20 minutes): £100
- Short consultation (20 minutes, One new issue only): £100
- Long consultation (40 minutes, multiple/complex issues): £150
Remote consultations
- Telephone initial consultation (40 minutes): £95
- Telephone follow-up (20 minutes): £65
- Video initial consultation (40 minutes): £125
- Video follow-up (20 minutes): £85
Specialist Consultations
- Menopause or gynaecological examination (40 minutes): £150
- Consultation requiring a translator: Additional £50 (consultation time extended by 20 minutes)
Patients aged 12 and under
- Initial consultation (40 minutes): £120
- Follow-up consultation (20 minutes): £70
- Short consultation (20 minutes, one new issue only): £70
- Long consultation (40 minutes, multiple/complex issues): £120
- Video follow-up (20 minutes): £75
(For children under 18, video consultations require a legal guardian to be present with proof of identity.)
Patients under 18 years must have an initial face-to-face appointment, but can be seen remotely for a follow-up appointment if our GPs feel this is appropriate.
Administrative Fees
- Doctor’s admin fee (letters/reports for registered patients only): £45
- Repeat prescriptions: £25 (fee only if no consultation required)
Important Information
- If you are unable to attend an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full fee.
- Late arrivals may not be seen and will still be charged.
- We ask that all patients arrive 15 mins before their appointment is due to start. That’s to allow time for our nurse to take your initial health measurements.
